Product Description

500 W–1000 W laser light source—a versatile tool born for metal 3D printing, and also the core engine of a readily switchable Laser Marking Machine. Its editable waveform and highly sealed cavity allow it to handle micron-level additive melt pools and also integrate with existing Marking Machine racks, directly replacing the impact-based numbering of traditional Pneumatic Marking Machines, achieving a one-stop closed loop of "print-marking-cleaning".

Typical Scenarios

- Aerospace titanium alloy load-bearing components: After printing, a small spot mode is cut using the same light source to complete laser remelting + Laser Marking Machine QR code traceability, eliminating the need for secondary clamping in a Dot Peen Marking Machine.

- Lightweight aluminum subframes for automobiles: In a large-format multi-laser array, each 500 W module is independently controlled. After forming, it is cut online to low power for Laser Cleaning-level deoxidation, and then a high-power core beam is used to create a permanent serial number, with no dust pollution from the Pneumatic marking machine throughout the process.

- Customized Medical Devices: Porous tantalum implants are molded in one piece, with surface roughness meeting biocompatibility requirements.
