Product Description

The RFL-ABP tunable beam mode laser is a cutting-edge laser light source with an all-fiber architecture, designed for advanced additive manufacturing with "one-step printing and minimal post-processing." It can also be easily integrated into laser marking machines or Laser Cleaning platforms to create a three-in-one workstation for printing, marking, and cleaning. Its independent core/ring core outputs can dynamically switch between Gaussian, flat-top, or ring-shaped beams, minimizing the spatter and thermal stress that are unavoidable in traditional pneumatic marking machines. This results in a mirror-like surface finish, eliminating the need for secondary polishing and even the "re-marking" step of a dot-peen Marking Machine.

The "zero-splash" advantage of the ring-shaped beam:

- Aerospace titanium alloy thin-walled structures: After printing, the same laser can be used to switch between small core diameter modes to complete laser remelting and serial number printing via a Laser Marking Machine.

- Automotive mold conformal cooling channels: One-step printing, inner wall roughness ≤ Ra 3 μm, eliminating the need for subsequent deburring by a marking machine.

- Medical Implants: The ring beam reduces the thermal gradient, combining printing, polishing, and marking into a single process, replacing the contact-based numbering of traditional Dot Peen Marking Machines.

- High-End Architectural Artworks: Complex curved surfaces require no support. After printing, low-power co-beams perform laser cleaning-level powder removal, followed by high-power core beams for Laser Marking Machine signature, all without changing the light source.
