This fully automatic valve flange rotary dot-peen marking machine integrates various automated modules based on the standardized horizontal rotary Flange Marking Machine. Powered by powerful Thorx-7 software, it allows for the mapping of multiple marking files to different flanges. A servo motor module automatically matches flanges or valves. A pneumatic clamp automatically secures the flange or valve workpiece after loading and releases it before unloading after marking. A photoelectric sensor continuously detects the presence of workpieces in the clamp, ensuring error-free loading and unloading by the robot arm. This combination of functions enables this fully automatic valve flange rotary dot-peen marking machine to achieve 24/7 unmanned, factory-like automation when combined with an industrial robot for loading and unloading.
