The gear Marking Machine used in this automated production line is equipped with a pneumatic chuck rotating fixture on our standardized desktop horizontal rotating Flange Marking Machine, and the manually adjusted X-direction slide rail is replaced with a servo motor moving module. The gear rotation fixture uses planetary reducers and automatic pneumatic chucks, which can automatically clamp and release gears at the beginning and end of marking, greatly improving the efficiency of gear rotation marking needles on automated production lines. The mobile module approaches the workpiece when receiving MES instructions to start marking, and retreats and returns a signal to the MES system at the end of marking, thereby avoiding collisions and malfunctions when using robotic arms or aerial cranes for loading and unloading. This system uses our powerful Thorx-7 system control cabinet, which is conducive to adjusting settings while standing and can be arranged separately from the marking machine itself to save valuable available space around the automated production line.
