Handheld QCW Laser Welding Machine

This is a trade product, a handheld air-cooled QCW laser welder. It's primarily used for welding highly reflective metals that are difficult to weld with conventional handheld fiber laser welders, such as copper tubing for central air conditioners and seals and flanges for aircraft and rocket assembly. Previously, this type of equipment could only be used with MIG or YAG laser welding. The former requires a higher level of welder skill, while the latter has lower photoelectric efficiency and high energy consumption. QCW laser welding offers more precise heat control, less weld distortion on smaller and thinner workpieces, and higher weld strength and aesthetics.
