The 140*50mm Dot Matrix Marking Machine is our basic two-handed large-format system. Due to our relatively lack of experience in lightweight design in the early days, in order to ensure product durability and marking effect, we used a stainless steel shell and reinforced guide rails for this Dot Peen Marking Machine, which stood out from competitors pursuing lightweight and was recognized by many industrial customers. By customizing the V-shaped installation angle of the electromagnet, it can be adapted to the marking of arc surfaces such as steel pipes. Due to its large internal effective space, the Portable Pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machine can also be upgraded with our subsequently developed deep marking kit, equipped with a more robust 20 guide rail and a special Marking Needle, which can achieve a single marking depth of 0.3~0.6mm on the surface of steel parts. It is also widely used to mark the vehicle identification number (VIN) and key components of buses, trucks, fire trucks and large engineering machinery.
