Our MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine is equipped with a PLC-controlled automatic nameplate fixture. The machine automatically loads the material by means of the vertical motor stroke at the start of the marking process. It can also be adjusted manually to accommodate various metal or plastic nameplates and cards of different sizes and specifications, and uses photoelectric positioning to accurately position the nameplates of different quantities during operation. When the marking is completed, a cylinder suction cup with X-axis travel moves over the nameplate and sucks the marked nameplate away and releases it when it moves to the unloading area. In addition, the nameplate holder is equipped with a gravity sensor, which automatically stops working after all the loaded nameplates have been marked. The use of the MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine is highly automated. After inserting the nameplate, all nameplate processing can be completed automatically with one click. The Mopa Fiber Laser Marking Machine is used instead of ordinary fiber because it provides a more uniform laser beam, which is better and more convenient for scanning when marking content such as barcodes or QR codes.
