Product Description

This large-format lithium battery tray Laser Marking Machine was customized for electric vehicle chassis manufacturers. It is primarily used to simultaneously mark the top and sides of lithium battery pack trays in electric vehicles with traceable serial numbers and QR codes. It can also be used to precisely and selectively remove the anodized layer from the surface of aluminum alloy trays before welding, ensuring better welding results. A fixed 50W Mopa Fiber Laser is used on the sides to mark the serial numbers and QR codes, with a marking area of ??200*200mm. The top uses a 2000mm servo motor moving module to drive a 100W MOPA fiber laser to ensure efficient depth marking and texturing. The F-Theta field Lens is also 200*200mm.
