In response to the needs of customers in the industrial gas industry, we have developed and patented an electromagnet fixture for fixing gas cylinders based on the standard handheld Pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machine. Today, this Dot Peen Marking Machine has served many well-known gas and fire extinguisher suppliers in five continents. This cylinder pneumatic dot peen Marking Machine has three optional specifications, which can be used for several common gas cylinder containers with diameters of 88mm, 108mm and 118mm, including O2, CO2, argon, nitrogen and other common gases. With the extended Marking Needle specially developed for this application, the single marking depth can reach 0.3~0.6mm, and the marking content is still clearly visible even after painting. The Handheld Cylinder Marking Machine is configured with a Thorx-6 controller by default, which is optimized for most occasions after factory ex-works. You can also choose to upgrade to the more powerful Kingmark-8 (K8) operating system for marking non-English text content.
