On September 4, 2025, Liu Jia, Secretary-General of the China Industrial Gases Association, and Zhang Jiaxiang, Secretary-General of the Chongqing Gas Industry Association, led a delegation to visit Chongqing Chuke Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. Xiao Renmin, Chairman of Chuke Intelligent, and his senior management team detailed the technological breakthroughs of its core products, market application cases, and future strategic plans. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as collaborative innovation in industrial gases and laser equipment, and the green transformation of high-end manufacturing.

Laser Cleaner: This device features an all-fiber pulsed laser system that intelligently switches between a 1064nm infrared laser and a 355nm ultraviolet laser to achieve dual "hot vaporization + cold stripping" operations. Targeted at applications such as shipbuilding and automotive precision machining, the device dynamically adjusts its power range (0.1-300W), achieving an 80% improvement in cleaning efficiency compared to traditional sandblasting, while also eliminating dust emissions. In tests at a high-end equipment manufacturer, it stripped a 0.3-0.8mm thick oxide layer from high-strength alloy steel in just two hours, achieving a heat-affected zone (HAZ) of less than 0.5mm, meeting aerospace-grade standards. Currently, the device serves over 500 companies worldwide, covering 12 industries including steel, shipbuilding, and electronics.
UV Laser Marking Machine: Utilizing 355nm wavelength UV cold light source technology, the device achieves a focused beam spot diameter of only 15μm and a heat-affected zone of less than 0.1mm, effectively eliminating the dust pollution associated with traditional sandblasting. At the Thailand Motor Show, the device completed QR code engraving on a car wheel hub in 0.2 seconds, three times faster than traditional processes, and achieved permanent marking that meets international ISO standards. In addition, its frosted glass ashtray processing case replaces traditional processes with zero-pollution, high-precision technology. Its products are exported to over 20 countries and regions, including Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
Laser welding machines: Designed specifically for battery trays for new energy vehicles, these machines utilize automatic wire feeding and a vision positioning system to achieve precision welding of dissimilar aluminum and steel, with weld strength exceeding 95% of the parent metal. During on-site testing at a Thailand exhibition, the equipment welded 200 battery trays with a 100% yield rate, securing on-site contracts from several Thai suppliers of automotive brands.
Xiao Renmin shared that Chuke Intelligence is shifting from selling single equipment to providing comprehensive "smart factory" solutions. For example, a customized laser marking line for an international laptop brand integrates vision positioning and AI defect detection, achieving an hourly production capacity of 2,000 units and a failure rate of less than 0.5%. By 2025, the company and the brand have entered into a strategic partnership, with an annual production capacity of 10 million units, marking the recognition of Chinese laser technology in the international high-end manufacturing sector.
In terms of building its service network, Chuke Intelligent has established overseas service centers in Russia, Thailand, and other locations, providing 48-hour emergency response. It has also launched a non-contact mold cleaning solution tailored to the humid climates of Southeast Asia, addressing the contamination issues associated with traditional sandblasting. Its products have been exported to over 100 countries and regions.
Xiao Renmin stated that Chuke Intelligent will continue to invest in three key areas: First, in the second half of 2025, it will launch an intelligent marking system equipped with AI visual recognition, enabling adaptive marking of complex curved surfaces and improving printing accuracy to 0.01mm; second, it will develop a multi-spectral collaborative processing system to overcome bottlenecks in semiconductor wafer-level precision processing, aiming to capture a 15% share of the global laser surface treatment market.
The company has also established joint laboratories with numerous research institutes and universities to explore integrated laser cleaning and marking solutions, promote the localization of core components, and reduce reliance on imports. Through turnkey intelligent marking services, Chuke Intelligent aims to make Chinese laser technology a standard feature of high-end manufacturing lines worldwide. Currently, the company has participated in the development of three industry standards and holds 86 independent intellectual property patents.
