Marking Machine for gas cylinders, addressing the pain points of low accuracy and efficiency in marking the curved surfaces of high-pressure gas cylinders. It achieves three core technological breakthroughs:
1. Dynamic Curved Surface Compensation System: Integrating a laser rangefinder sensor and multi-axis linkage algorithm, it adjusts the beam focus point in real time, ensuring a marking depth error of ≤0.005mm on curved surfaces, overcoming the limitations of traditional equipment where "flat markings are easily deformed and curved surface markings are unclear."
2. Modular Quick-Change Fixture: Its patented adaptive clamping structure supports rapid switching between 12 types of standard gas cylinders, including oxygen cylinders, hydrogen cylinders, and liquefied gas tanks, within 30 seconds, covering compatibility with over 90% of industrial gas cylinder models.
3. Intrinsically Safe Explosion-Proof Design: The entire machine has passed Ex d IIB T4 explosion-proof certification and is equipped with an inert gas protection device, allowing direct operation in flammable and explosive gas filling workshops, filling a gap in the industry.
Certified by the Special Equipment Safety Inspection Center of the State Administration for Market Regulation, this equipment reduces the marking time per cylinder by 80% compared to traditional mechanical stamping, and the marking corrosion resistance reaches 10 years (SGS standard).
At the exhibition, CIMC Enric signed a purchase agreement for three dedicated gas cylinder marking machines and introduced Chuke Intelligent's system to achieve millisecond-level identification and automatic rework of marking defects. "This technology will reduce our annual gas cylinder repair rate from 2.1% to 0.3%," said the technical director of CIMC Enric.
