Laser Cleaning machines and signed a purchase agreement on the spot, marking another breakthrough for Chinese high-end laser equipment in the Southeast Asian market.
The
UV Laser Marking Machine purchased by the Malaysian customer is specifically designed to address the challenges of marking precision electronic components. Utilizing 355nm "cold light source" technology, the machine achieves a focused spot diameter of only 15 microns, enabling micron-level engraving on 0.05mm-thick coatings with a heat-affected zone of less than 0.1mm, making it ideal for high-precision applications such as PCB boards and chip packaging. During an on-site test, the client's technical director stated, "Chuke Intelligent's equipment surpasses international brands in surface marking accuracy and multilingual compatibility. Its dynamic spot adjustment technology automatically adjusts energy density based on part curvature, maintaining an error within ±0.02mm. This is a solution urgently needed for the upgrading of Southeast Asia's electronics industry."
Secondly, the focus was on the application of laser cleaning machines in automotive manufacturing. Chuke Intelligent customized a 2000W continuous laser cleaning system for the client. Equipped with a "light-acoustic-thermal" multi-physics coupling algorithm, it can complete deep rust removal on a single 1㎡ area in just 5 minutes, achieving a five-fold increase in efficiency compared to traditional sandblasting, without any dust or wastewater emissions. This technology has been proven in the extremely cold -40°C conditions of Siberian mining areas and is reliably compatible with India's high temperature and high humidity. "We tested TRUMPF equipment in Germany, but Chuke Intelligent's pulse control accuracy is even higher. The metal surface roughness after cleaning has been reduced from Ra6.3μm to Ra0.8μm, directly meeting remanufacturing standards." The Indian client's purchasing manager revealed that the first batch of equipment will be used to clean precision components in Tata Motors' engine compartments.

Laser Marking Machine integrates visual positioning and detection capabilities, enabling real-time identification of marking defects as small as 0.01mm, with a failure rate of less than 0.5%. Its
Laser Cleaning Machine uses intelligent sensors to block abnormal radiation and is equipped with a multi-stage dust purification module, ensuring an operating environment that meets ISO occupational health standards.
Underlying these technological breakthroughs is continuous R&D investment. Chuke Intelligent's R&D investment will account for 8% of its revenue by 2025. The intelligent testing joint laboratory, jointly established with the Chongqing Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology, has achieved breakthroughs in 12 core technologies, including dynamic laser control and cross-scale processing, and holds 24 patents and three software copyrights. Its products, covering a full range of laser equipment, including fiber optic, CO2, and UV, are certified by the EU CE, US FDA, and ISO9001 international quality systems, and are sold in over 60 countries and regions.
With a surge in orders from Southeast Asia, Chuke Intelligent is simultaneously advancing the development of its global service network. The company plans to establish regional service centers in New Delhi, India, and Penang, Malaysia, equipped with a team of professional engineers and a spare parts warehouse to ensure 48-hour emergency response.
