1. The heart of an
Laser Welding Machine is the high-pressure pump, which plays an irreplaceable role. A plunger pump is generally described as a piston that moves forward and backward.
The piston is typically made of ceramic. Piston pumps are common, more efficient, longer-lasting, and less prone to damage.
The plunger pump seal is mounted on the pump. Through a fixed seal and smooth cylinder walls, plunger pumps generally have good initial performance, but they cannot operate at excessive pressures and have a short lifespan.
2. The pump's capacity depends primarily on the pump speed. Unlike centrifugal pumps, which can increase or decrease flow, the pump must ensure the same amount of water enters and exits.
Piston pumps have a very stable output parameter; the output flow remains constant regardless of pressure or injection time.
For this reason, control systems are equipped with devices such as pressure relief valves. Blockage of the nozzle outlet can cause the high-pressure pump to withstand excessive pressure.
