On September 26, 2025, Chongqing Chuke Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuke Intelligent") welcomed a key customer to visit and initiate a technical collaboration on high-precision deep marking of metal surfaces. After on-site testing, Chuke Intelligent's independently developed 50W
Fiber Laser Marking Machine, with its 0.1mm precision depth control capability, perfectly met the customer's stringent requirements for metal marking, earning high praise and leading to an on-the-spot purchase agreement. This collaboration further validates Chuke Intelligent's technological strength in high-end laser marking.
The customer's requirements focused on deep marking of metal parts, requiring a marking depth of 0.1mm, clear markings, and burr-free edges, while also maintaining production efficiency. Traditional mechanical scribing can easily cause metal deformation, chemical etching poses environmental risks, and conventional laser marking machines struggle to achieve industrial-grade depth control.
To meet customer needs, the Chuke Intelligent technical team used a 50W fiber
Laser Marking Machine for sample marking. This machine utilizes an imported high-power fiber laser, coupled with a dynamic focusing system and intelligent closed-loop control algorithm, enabling real-time adjustment of laser energy density to ensure a marking depth error within ±0.02mm.
During a sample test, the machine completed a 0.1mm-deep mark on a customer-provided aluminum alloy specimen in just 15 seconds. The mark's edge was mirror-smooth. Professional instrumentation confirmed a depth consistency of 99.8%, exceeding customer expectations. "We tested several international brands, but Chuke Intelligent's equipment performed the best in depth control accuracy and stability," the customer's technical lead stated on-site. "In particular, its dynamic spot compensation technology automatically corrects for the effects of subtle surface undulations on the marking depth, making it an industry-leading solution."
In addition to depth control, the customer also had stringent requirements for marking efficiency and energy costs. By optimizing its optical path design and scanning algorithm, Chuke Intelligent's 50W laser
Marking Machine achieves a scanning speed of 6,000 mm per second, three times more efficient than traditional equipment. Furthermore, with an electro-optical conversion efficiency of 35%, the system consumes only 550W, representing over 60% less energy than similar products.
During testing, the equipment marked 200 metal test pieces continuously, operating flawlessly throughout the process with consistently stable marking quality. On-site customer calculations showed that adopting Chuke Intelligent's equipment reduced the cost per piece by 42% compared to the original process, resulting in annual savings exceeding one million yuan. "This equipment not only addresses our technical pain points but also brings significant economic benefits," emphasized the client's purchasing director at the signing ceremony.
Chuke Intelligent's technological breakthrough is the result of its long-term R&D investment and collaborative innovation between industry, academia, and research. The company invests 8% of its annual revenue in R&D and has established a joint intelligent testing laboratory with the Chongqing Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology. The company has achieved breakthroughs in 12 core technologies, including dynamic laser control and cross-scale processing, and holds 87 patents and three software copyrights. Its products, certified by the EU CE, US FDA, and ISO9001 international quality system, cover a full range of laser equipment, including fiber, CO2, and UV lasers, and are sold in over 60 countries and regions.
"From deep marking in rail transit to precision marking on automotive parts, Chuke Intelligent's technology consistently meets the needs of industrial applications," said Xiao Renmin, the company's general manager. "This collaboration once again demonstrates that Chinese laser equipment has become globally competitive in high-end manufacturing."
The client is reportedly a domestic heavy equipment manufacturer whose products are widely used in aerospace, energy, and power generation, placing extremely high demands on the durability and traceability of metal markings. Chuke Intelligent's 50W laser marking machine has passed continuous operation tests and fully met the client's stringent reliability standards.
"Chuke Intelligent's technical team not only provided customized solutions but also provided comprehensive after-sales support," said a client representative. "Their global service network and 48-hour emergency response mechanism give us confidence in our future partnership."
