On September 12, 2025, the three-day 2025 Chengdu International Chemical Equipment Expo reached its climax at the Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center. Chongqing Chuke Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuke Intelligent"), with its booth themed "Laser Empowers Intelligent Manufacturing," was packed with visitors. Its three core products—
UV Laser Marking Machines,
Laser Cleaning machines, and laser welding machines—impressed industry customers with their exceptional performance during on-site demonstrations. A delegation from China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), after experiencing the equipment in depth, immediately reached a preliminary cooperation agreement with Chuke Intelligent, marking another milestone for China's high-end laser equipment in the energy and chemical industry.
In the chemical packaging sector, Chuke Intelligent's independently developed third-generation
UV Laser Marking Machine (355nm wavelength) was a highlight of the exhibition. Utilizing "cold processing" technology, this machine achieves a focused beam spot diameter of just 15 microns and a heat-affected zone of less than 0.1 mm, enabling precise stripping of coatings from plastics like PET and PP without damaging the substrate. During the on-site demonstration, the equipment simultaneously engraved bilingual Chinese and English labels, production dates, and QR codes at a scanning speed of 0.1 mm/s. The markings achieved a contrast ratio of 92% and a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 microns, fully complying with international standards.
The CNOOC delegation praised the equipment's performance in curved surface marking accuracy and multilingual compatibility. A technical representative noted, "Traditional inkjet printing is prone to wear, and fiber lasers are prone to damaging the substrate. Chuke Intelligent's technology completely solves these pain points. Its permanent marking adhesion and adaptability to extreme environments fully meet the stringent requirements of offshore engineering equipment."
A representative from CNOOC's equipment maintenance department offered an on-site calculation: "Traditional pickling requires three days of downtime, while laser cleaning can be completed between operations, increasing effective operating time by over 600 hours annually. Based on the daily rental rate for a single offshore drilling rig, this technology could directly generate hidden revenue exceeding 10 million yuan."
Chuke Intelligent's laser welding machines are renowned for their high precision and efficiency. Their independently developed robotic welding system integrates visual inspection and data traceability, achieving efficient stamping at 80 times per minute with an error tolerance of less than 0.05 mm, a 40% improvement in accuracy compared to traditional processes. At the 2025 Russian International Industrial Exhibition, this equipment was showcased in a customized production line collaboration with an automotive group, supporting the mass production of battery trays for new energy vehicles.
Representatives from China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) expressed strong interest in the equipment's potential application in welding offshore platform structural components. Tao Yuanyuan, Head of Foreign Trade at Chuke Intelligent, revealed, "We are currently developing corrosion-resistant coating laser welding technology. This will enable long-term, maintenance-free operation of key offshore platform components in the future, highly aligned with CNOOC's strategy of reducing costs and increasing efficiency."
