On August 28, 2025, the Chongqing Auto Parts (Thailand) Exhibition (Bangkok Auto Salon 2025) reached its climax at the BITEC International Convention and Exhibition Center in Bangkok, Thailand. As a core member of the Chongqing Auto and Motorcycle Enterprise Delegation to Chongqing Trade Global, Chongqing Chuke Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuke Intelligent"), under the theme of "Laser Empowers Intelligent Manufacturing," showcased its three core product lines: laser marking machines,
Laser Cleaning machines, and laser welding machines. Led by Xiao Renmin, Chairman of Chuke Intelligent, and Tao Yuanyuan, Head of Foreign Trade, the team, driven by a dual approach of "technology + service," became a focal point for the Southeast Asian automotive industry.
The Chuke Intelligent booth, designed with "intelligent, green, and customized" in mind, showcased the innovative applications of laser technology in the automotive and motorcycle parts industry through dynamic demonstrations and interactive experiences.
Laser Marking Machine: Equipped with UV cold light source technology, it enables non-destructive marking of high-precision components such as automotive glass and translucent parts. Its speed is three times faster than traditional processes, and its permanent marking meets international ISO standards. During a live demonstration, the machine completed QR code engraving on a car wheel in 0.2 seconds, attracting local Thai parts manufacturers to discuss business opportunities.
Laser Cleaning Machine: Chuke Intelligent has launched a non-contact cleaning solution to address mold rust caused by the humid climate of Southeast Asia. High-energy laser beams instantly vaporize rust, eliminating the need for chemical reagents. This single-pass cleaning efficiency is 80% higher than traditional sandblasting, and it also produces zero dust. This technology has received TUV certification in Thailand, making it the preferred solution for automotive mold maintenance in the region.
Laser Welding Machine: Designed specifically for battery trays for new energy vehicles, it utilizes automatic wire feeding and a vision positioning system to achieve precision welding of dissimilar metals (such as aluminum and steel), achieving weld strength exceeding 95% of the parent metal. On the first day of the exhibition, the machine completed welding tests on 200 battery trays with a 100% yield rate, earning an on-site supplier contract from Toyota Thailand.
As Southeast Asia's automotive manufacturing hub, Thailand will account for 40% of ASEAN's vehicle production and contribute 12% to GDP in 2025, earning it the nickname "Southeast Asia's Detroit." Chuke Intelligent's internationalization efforts began at the 2023 "Chongqing Trade Global" brand exhibition. At that time, the company showcased its intelligent marking machines at the Bangkok Export Commodities Fair and immediately secured an order for three cabinets from a Cambodian buyer, who was invited to visit Chongqing to inspect its production line. Since then, the company has accelerated its global market expansion through a "government + business collaboration" model.
In July 2025, Chuke Intelligent launched its laser
Cleaning Machine at the Russian International Industrial Exhibition, securing orders from nearly 100 companies in Belarus, the Middle East, and other regions. The company also announced the establishment of an overseas service center, providing 48-hour emergency response. By the first half of 2025, the company's laser cleaning machine market share in Europe exceeded 15%, making it a supplier to major automakers. During the Bangkok Motor Show, Chuke Intelligent also launched market research in Vietnam and Malaysia, with plans to establish a regional warehousing center within the year to shorten delivery times to 72 hours.
According to exhibition organizers, the Bangkok Auto Salon 2025 attracted over 100,000 visitors, 40% of whom were professional buyers. Chuke Intelligent's case study embodies the transformation path of China's equipment manufacturing industry: the company invests over 15% annually in R&D, holds patents for five core technologies, including laser marking, welding, and cleaning, and boasts world-leading product precision. By establishing overseas service centers and co-building joint laboratories, the company has transitioned from "equipment exports" to "technology exports." Collaborating with global industry giants, Chuke Intelligent is promoting the deep integration of Chinese laser technology with the Southeast Asian industrial chain.
"The laser is the 'scalpel' of manufacturing, and Chuke Intelligent's goal is to make this knife more precise and efficient," said Tao Yuanyuan, Head of Foreign Trade, at the exhibition. "In the future, we will continue to invest in technologies such as AI visual recognition and the Internet of Things to provide global customers with comprehensive solutions, from single equipment to smart factories."
