Two 5-in-1 laser systems with the same configuration were just shipped. This time, we will explain in more detail how the systems are configured and how they work. Each system contains five sets of 100W MAX brand MOPA fiber lasers and five integrated control boards that can be easily switched and set up with a single touchscreen. Due to the high production volume in the laptop industry, a set of templates can efficiently and automatically deburr and mark tens of millions of pieces for several months without adjustment.
Earlier this month, we delivered three of the same laser marking machines, and five of the five-in-one systems have been delivered this month. The customer is currently evaluating whether a higher-power MOPA laser and a faster scanning galvanometer are required for optimal efficiency. The customer has expressed satisfaction with the marking results and efficiency, mainly due to the larger deburring area. The customer is in the process of optimizing the production capacity ramp-up process and is expected to determine whether to upgrade the subsequent machine next month based on new bottlenecks.
Currently, we have signed a strategic cooperation agreement with this customer to allow for more flexible after-sales service, upgrades, and additional equipment purchases. According to the customer's current procurement plan, we will deliver millions of dollars' worth of customized laser marking systems this year. These systems include the 2-in-1 and 5-in-1 laser systems shown in this video.
